Braised eel with banana and tofu

  • Tofu fried 4 pieces
  • Piper lolot 100gr
  • MSG 1 teaspoon
  • Fish sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon
  • 1 root turmeric
  • Galangal 1
  • Onion 10 gr
  • Seasoning seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro-flavored herb
  • Salted shrimp sauce 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil 3 tablespoons
  • Peppers 2 fruits

Step 1:

Crushed galangal, turmeric, mixed with rice and shrimp sauce. Then sift through the sieve, remove the residue.
