Crispy fried perch is a delicious dish that is easy to make, suitable for changing meals for family meals. Fried perch is crispy, fatty, dotted with ginger spicy fish sauce, sweet and salty sweet. Just once to eat this crispy fried perch, every time you mention it, you will definitely crave.

Materials:

·         5 perch  

·         Green mango 1 left  

·         Almond 10 gr  

·         White sesame 1 teaspoon  

·         Garlic minced 1/2 teaspoon

·          Chili minced 1/2 teaspoon  

·         Mint leaves 10 gr  

·         Fish sauce 2 tablespoons  

·         White sugar 2 tablespoons  

·         Ginger hash 1/4 tablespoon  

·         100 ml of cooking oil

Step 1:

Cleaning the intestines and fins of copper perch. Wash the perch with alcohol to deodorize fishy, keep the fish scales, marinate the perch with little salt, puree ginger, leave for about 10 minutes for fish meat to absorb spices.

Step 2:

Add cooking oil to the pan, wait for hot oil then put marinate the perch in medium heat. Perch are fried in the bottom, then turn the fish face to fry the other side. 2-sided fried perch is picked out to absorb oil. In another clean pan, roast cashew nuts and white sesame (within 5 minutes) to give the aroma to the pan.
