Fried salmon with coriander and dill sauce

Salmon is a nutritious and delicious food, very good for health, especially small children. When fried, the salmon becomes a delicious dish, crispy and soft outer shell, dipping into extremely attractive sauce.

Materials:
   Salmon:  

  • Salmon 300 gr  
  • 1 egg chicken  
  • Wheat flour 30 gr  
  • Fried rice flour with 50 gr  
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon  
  • 100 ml of cooking oil

   Coriander sauce:  

  • Mayonnaise 100 gr  
  • Dill 20 gr  
  • 10gr coriander  
  • Celery 10 gr
  • Garlic 10 gr  
  • Maggi fish sauce 2 tablespoons  
  • White sugar 2 tablespoons

Step 1:
Salmon wash, remove all bones, remove skin and cut into small cubes with dice.

Step 2:

Marinate the salmon with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 10 minutes for infiltration. Prepare 3 cups of beaten egg, flour and fried flour. Turn each salmon pellet into flour, chicken eggs and fried dough in turn, each coat is made of powder.

Step 3:

Bring fish to fry and then scoop out the plate with oil-soaked paper.

Step 4:

Making fish sauce: put in a 20gr dill, 10gr cilantro, 10gr need a boat, 10gr clove with 2 tablespoons of Maggi fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of white sugar and 1 tablespoon of water. Grind pure ingredients and get mixed with 100gr mayonnaise, stir well with fatty sauce for fish.

Step 5:

Fried salmon with crispy crust dip with fatty sauce. My kids will make sure that this dish is very addictive.
