Fried salmon with ginger lemon honey sauce

Fried salmon with ginger lemon honey with salmon fried with crispy gold but retains the softness inside, covering the fish part is a harmonious sauce between the sour, sweet and salty make a simple dish but extremely attractive.


·         Sake 2 tablespoons

·         Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

·         Honey 1 tablespoon

·         Ginger minced 1 tablespoon

·         Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

·         400 gr salmon

·         Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

·         Salt 1/2 teaspoon

·         Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

Step 1:

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the surface of salmon, leave for about 10 minutes to soak. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry the salmon in both sides. The fried salmon is taken out separately.

Step 2:

Step 3:
