Family meal will be more delicious and stranger with fried salmon with honey sauce. In sauce, sour, sweet, salty wrapped together, creating a strange attraction.


  • Fish fillet 2 pieces (Salmon)  
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon  
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoon  
  • Butter 30 gr  
  • Honey 3 tablespoons  
  • Soy sauce 3 tablespoons  
  • Lemon 1 fruit  
  • 70 ml cooking oil

Step 1:

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the surface of salmon, leave for about 10 minutes to soak.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry the salmon in both sides.

Step 3:

Continue to use oil in a pan, add butter, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, stir well and simmer.

Step 4:

Return the salmon to the pan again, continue to boil and pour the sauce over to evenly saturate. Do about 3 minutes then turn off the stove.

Step 5:

Add salmon to plate / cup of white rice, add sauce, sprinkle with coriander and enjoy. This dish is hot and delicious. Sour and sweet eat nostalgic.
