Once I happened to eat chicken feet, I discovered this sauce. After a period of failing many times, I also made this sauce myself, although it is not like the shop but my milk sauce has a new flavor.

Materials:

·         Lemon juice 50 ml

·         200 gr sugar

·         Chili: 10

·         Salt 1/2 teaspoon

·         120 gr condensed milk

·         Cooking oil 1 1/2 tablespoon

Step 1:

Roll lemon on a cutting board for soft lemon to peel. Then cut the lemon to leave the core to make it easier to squeeze. Squeeze 50ml lemon juice, remove seeds.

Step 2:

Put sugar in the blender jar and then pour in the lemon juice. Stir the sugar and lemon juice evenly, then add the condensed milk and stir it well.

Step 3:

Turn on the blender to grind until the sugar has dissolved. However, the second time I made by use the whisk egg instead of use blender, it was delicious and denser.

Step 4:

Remove the stalk of chili and put into the blender, to grind the chili. Add a little more water to make it easier to grind.

Step 5:

Put pan on the stove, wait for the hot pan, add oil. When the hot oil comes, add the minced chili and stir in a medium heat until the peppers have a fragrant smell and turn to orange, then turn off the stove to cool.

Step 6:

Put a mixture of milk sauce to a small cup, scoop out the chili to a corner of the small cup. Finished products like pictures.

Step 7:

When people eat, stir up chili and sauce. Milk sauce dipped with seafood is delicious!
