- Black tea 20 gr
- 600 ml water
- 200ml sugar-free fresh milk
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 100 ml fat cream
- White sugar 30 gr
- 6 fruit chicken eggs
- Egg yolk 4 pcs
- White sugar 70 gr
- 50 ml water
- Lemon juice 20 ml
Add 20gr black tea and then cook in low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the stove and brew tea for 1-2 hours. Then filter tea residue through sieve to get water.
Heat gently on the stove 200ml fresh sugar-free milk, 200ml condensed milk, 100ml fatty cream and 30gr sugar. Stir well and add the boiled milk mixture to 300ml of filtered black tea to create a milk tea mixture.
Add 6 chicken eggs and 4 egg yolks, stir lightly to avoid air bubbles. Add the milk tea mixture to the egg, stir it well, then strain it through the sieve several times to make the flan smooth.
Making Caramel: Add 70gr sugar and 50ml water to the pan and cook on the stove. In the process of heating, remember to keep it quiet. When the mixture begins to turn light yellow, squeeze the lemon juice, shake the pan gently to dissolve the sugar. When the sugar color turns brown then turn off the stove. Put the caramel part in the mold and leave it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Put the flan mixture in the mold, wrap the foil on the face and bake without water for 2 hours at a temperature of 155 degrees C. The boiling water poured into the bottle, remember to fill the 3/4 of the mold so that the flan is hot and evenly cooked.
