Ribs steamed with black soy beans

Materials:

  • Pork ribs 400 gr  
  • White sugar 2 teaspoons  
  • Cooking oil 1 tablespoon (Peanut)  
  • Ginger 5 slices  
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Wine 15 ml (Cooking)  
  • Corn flour 1/2 tablespoon  
  • Garlic 5 cloves  
  • Peppers 1
  • Onion 1 bulb

Step 1:

Step 2:
