Squid stuffed meat is a familiar and extremely attractive family dish. The way to make squid meat is not too complicated, just choose the fresh and skillful ingredients that you can accomplish this dish already. Let’s make this delicious and strange food for the whole family to enjoy!


·         Squid 3

·         Minced pork 100 gr  

·         Pepper 1/2 teaspoon  

·         Salt 1/2 teaspoon  

·         20 ml soy sauce  

·         15 ml oyster oil  

·         Cooking oil 1 teaspoon  

·         15 ml honey  

·         Purple onion minced 1/2 teaspoon  

·         Garlic minced 1 teaspoon  

·         White sugar 25 gr  

·         Seasoning seeds 1 teaspoon

Step 1:

Prepare ingredients for squid stuffed with meat: Clean the squid, remove dirt from the squid. Put pork into a cup.

Step 2:

Making sauce: Mix 20ml soy sauce with 15ml oyster sauce, 15ml honey, 20g sugar and 30ml filtered water in the cup.

Step 3:

Mix minced pork with minced garlic, hash red onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon seasoning seeds, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Marinate meat for 5 – 7 minutes for the meat to absorb spices. It is possible to put some cooking oil in marinated meat for meat to retain its softness.

Step 4:

Stuff meat inside the squid body. Use a toothpick to close the head.

Step 5:

Place the pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of minced oil and garlic to stir-fry. Then add the squid stuffed with meat and fry. Continue pouring the prepared sauce mixture, open the small fire, braised the squid stuffed meat within 30 minutes.

Step 6:

Take the stuffed squid, cut it into a circle and use it immediately with hot rice. Prepare a little more cucumber, sliced tomatoes to eat with squid stuffed with meat for delicious food!
